What are the benefits of using the Development Services Database (BUR)? By using BUR:

  3. You can apply for financial support for training available in the Development Services Database – in many programs, funding covers a significant part of the service cost (most often from 50% to 80%, depending on the region and program).

Registration and Login to the BUR Platform

To enroll in a BUR-funded training course:

The platform is managed by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.

  1. Select the “Register” option.
  2. Choose the account type (individual / entrepreneur).
  3. Fill in the required information (including name, email address, password).
  4. Confirm registration by clicking the activation link sent to your email.

  2. After logging in, you will gain access to your user panel.
  1. Use the search engine and filters.
  2. Select the training you are interested in (e.g., from our offer).
  3. Check the possibility of obtaining funding in your region (voivodeship).

How to Obtain Training Funding Through BUR?

After logging in, open the selected service card and make sure it is eligible for funding. Then check the participation conditions in your region.

Funding is granted by regional operators selected under EU-funded programs. The operator verifies whether you meet the eligibility criteria for participation in the project.

  1. Complete the application form with the operator.
  2. Provide the required documents (e.g., company details, SME status – if applicable).
  3. Wait for formal evaluation and the funding decision.

After a positive decision, an agreement is signed specifying the funding level (most often 50–80% of the training value, depending on the region and program).

Once the agreement is obtained, you can register for the selected service through your BUR account.

After completing the training, the participant evaluates the service in the BUR system and settles the funding with the operator according to the agreement terms. In most cases, the participant receives an invoice from us and then applies for reimbursement from the operator.
