Participate in the stress management training held by Agnieszka Świst-Kamińska

Stress is an integral part of life. Positive stress encourages us to act. Negative stress has an adverse influence on health and well-being. It destroys self-confidence and halts development. Know the sources of stress and symptoms of excessive anxiety. When you learn to control your emotions in difficult situations, others will start to perceive you as a more competent, intelligent and trustworthy person.

Training: stress at work is for you if…

You feel that high levels of stress prevent you from achieving your professional and personal goals.

Excess stress hinders rational thinking and leads to mental blockage. Find the causes of anxiety, understand your emotions and learn to manage them. Training in soft skills helps develop mental resilience. During the workshops, you will learn how to deal with difficult situations. This will help you make braver decisions that can have a positive impact on your career and personal life.

You are a manager and want to improve the efficiency of your team

A high level of stress negatively affects productivity. A stressed employee is less involved in the life of the company, poorly tolerates criticism and has rather emotional reactions, often inadequate to the situation. Negative stress at work can lead to burnout. Cultivating emotional intelligence in employees is an investment in the development of the entire organisation.

Who do we dedicate the training to?

We invite employees of all levels, particularly those responsible for customer service, who appear in public and are exposed to many stress-inducing factors, to participate in stress management workshops.

Due to this training, you will learn how to:

  1. manage stress at home and in the workplace;
  2. develop individual techniques for dealing with emotional tension;
  3. regulate stress on a physiological and emotional level;
  4. control emotions while facing criticism;
  5. strengthen mental resilience;
  6. increase emotional intelligence.

During the stress management training, classes are held in groups. Students learn how to break the first contact barrier. A friendly atmosphere helps reduce stress and remove mental blockages.
