Take the savoir-vivre course by Agnieszka Świst-Kamińska

The knowledge of conventions, customs and courtesy rules builds self-confidence and strengthens authority. It allows you to avoid faux pas that ruins the image. Learn the rules of etiquette in business. Learn how to select an outfit and communication style for the occasion to make a positive first impression. This will help you to be perceived as an intelligent, polite and trustworthy person.

The savoir-vivre course is for those who:

Service customers, host workshops,

and represent a company during meetings, trade exhibitions or industry conferences (also online)
Ignorance of the etiquette rules negatively affects business relationships. Tactless behaviour can be viewed as arrogance and even an insult. Lost trust is hard to rebuild. That is why it is crucial to follow universal rules of dressing and behaviour in both business and private life.
Remote business communication is one of the greatest challenges of the 21st century. Therefore, one of the issues raised during the training in business etiquette is netiquette, which is a set of rules for the right behaviour online.

Perform public duties

Contact with high-ranking officials, such as heads or representatives of government, requires refinement and high personal culture. Training in diplomatic protocol teaches the right choice of words and gestures. Knowledge of business etiquette allows you to avoid conflict situations and achieve your goals.

Over time, the project evolved into its current form. Today, the Academy of Style for Men and Women welcomes anyone wishing to shape their image consciously

Savoir-vivre training - methodology

I organise business etiquette training using the lecture and exercise method. Practical classes include team games, group exercises, discussions and role-playing tasks. Students learn how to behave in various business and personal situations, e.g. in the cinema, theatre, at a conference, in a business meeting or during a trip abroad. Due to it, they can quickly adopt the newly acquired knowledge.
